Best Tasting Water Contest - Tuesday, March 18, 9 am

Want to enter your system in the drinking water contest? Bring a gallon of labeled, cooled, drinking water from your community’s supply to the registration desk by 9 AM on Tuesday, March 18th. Your sample will be kept chilled, and a panel of judges will select a winner based on taste, odor, and clarity. The winning water will be announced at our Awards Banquet on Wednesday evening, March 19th and represent CRWA and compete with nationwide utilities at the NRWA Water Rally in 2025.

Vendor Hall Reception - Tuesday, March 18, 5 pm - 7:30 pm

You are invited to a social event to be held at the Exhibit Hall. The night begins at 5:00 PM with a team corn hole competition to raise funds for CRWA’s Scholarship Fund. Hurry, team registration is limited, so sign up early on the conference registration website. The happy hour starts at 5:00 PM, where you can catch up with old colleagues, exhibitors and meet many new ones! Appetizers will be available and a couple of drink tickets are included. Check the RSVP box on your registration to spend Tuesday night with your fellow colleagues enjoying a night of chatter and a musical extravaganza. This fun event is included with Conference registration, but a reservation is required.

Cornhole Tournament - Tuesday, March 18, 5 pm - 7:30 pm
Benefiting Colorado Utilities Scholarship The Colorado Rural Water Utilities Scholarship Program;  designed to help offset the costs of tuition, fees, books, and/or room and board; was established to recognize and assist qualified individuals (High school or Undergraduate Students of CRWA members) in their pursuit of a higher education and a potential career in the water and/or wastewater industry. More information to come.

Ultimate Meter Challenge Contest - Tuesday, March 18, 1:30 pm
Timed trials of the Ultimate Meter Competition will begin when the exhibit hall opens at 1:30 pm. Limited Entry! The meter challenge will go until the final 4 contestants and pick back up Wednesday morning for the final single-elimination round will take place beginning at 9:00 am in the exhibit hall. There will be 3 prize winners for this competition. More information to come.
Site Tour of Water/Wastewater Facilities - Thursday, March 20, 8 am - 11:30 am
Have you always wanted to learn more about the water and wastewater treatment process? CRWA invites you to experience the sights and sounds (and smells!) of water/wastewater treatment facilities. This is a limited-seat event with two different site tours. Make your reservations today. Reservations are made when you register.  Earn .2 TUs

Colorado Rural Water Sweepstakes
Official Rules


No purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize.  By participating, participants agree to these Official Rules.

Colorado Rural Water Association will offer prizes contributed through our association and contributing vendors for the Sweepstakes.  Participants can enter in person by purchasing Sweepstakes tickets at the Colorado Rural Water Conference and Exhibition on March 17-20, 2025 in Loveland, Colorado.  Participants can also receive Sweepstakes tickets without making a purchase via mail by following the instructions below.    

Who Is Eligible To Enter/Win?
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico and who are 18 years of age or older on the day of participation.   An eligible individual who attempts to enter the Sweepstakes is hereafter referred to as a Participant.  Each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules.   

How To Enter The Sweepstakes
Participants who choose to participate in person can purchase Sweepstakes tickets at the Colorado Rural Water Conference and Exhibition on March 17-20, 2025 in Loveland, Colorado. 

Participants can receive tickets without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten note requesting Colorado Rural Utility Scholarship Sweepstakes tickets in a large envelope addressed to:  Colorado Rural Utility Scholarship Sweepstakes, c/o Colorado Rural Water Association, 176 W Palmer Lake Dr Pueblo West, Co 81001.  Requests must include an empty, self-addressed stamped envelope.  CRWA will use the self-addressed stamped envelope to mail two tickets.  Participants may submit one request per week through March 17, 2025. 

All tickets must be entered for prizes at the Colorado Rural Water Conference and Exhibition on March 17-20, 2025, in Loveland, Colorado.  Participants who receive tickets by mail and are unable to enter the tickets in person can receive accommodation by requesting their tickets be randomly entered in the sweepstakes.  Accommodation requests must be received by March 17, 2025. 

Prize Winner Notification
Up to 20 prizes will be available as contributed through the Colorado Rural Water Association and our vendors. Winners have to be present to win.
