We are pleased to invite our vendors to present/teach a class at our Annual Conference on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. By contributing your knowledge & expertise, you will be helping our operators, managers and systems in developing & implementing technologies, processes, and making sound financial decisions.


Early bird vendor registration starts October 7th.
Registration closes at the end of business day, Feb 14th, 2025. 
Booths are available on a first come first serve basis.  Please register under your current membership.  If you do not know if you're a member, please call 719-545-6748.  

The registration system will ask you to select your Membership status (Member or Nonmember) and the booths will be priced accordingly.

Vendor registration closes at the end of business day, Feb 16th, 2025.  No refunds will be issued after March 1st, 2025.

There will be NO lunch provided this year. Name badges for two people per booth are included in your registration. Sign up any additional people working in your booth before the Conference begins.

Failure to register booth attendees one week before the conference begins will result in a $75/person charge. 

PARKING: 
The Embassy Suites now charges for parking.  To get free parking for our event please note: "Use the promo code CRWA2025 to ensure free parking".  There are QR codes in the parking lots for Attendees/Vendors to use. 


To order extras for your booth (additional tables, chairs, 220 power, etc.) you will use the Embassy Suites forms that are provided below no later than Feb. 14th 2025.

No refunds will be issued after March 1st, 2025. 

  1. Booth cancellation: Refund less than $100 cancellation fee up to February 1st for the Annual Conference at which no refund is permitted after the date.
  2. We will double-check all Member selections to ensure your company is a current member and adjust your booth price to reflect your current membership status if necessary. 
  3. Every person attending your booth needs to be registered. They will then get a name badge in your booth packet at the conference. That name badge gives you access to the Exhibit Hall. 
  4. Rural Water is not in any way a party to hotel rates or accommodations. We have asked these hotels to give our attendees a discounted rate and they have agreed to do so. All hotel arrangements, rates, and policies are at the discretion of the hotels themselves, and reservations, rates, and agreements are between the hotel and the guest staying with them.
