We are excited to announce the release of what is happening on Monday, March 18 - SOMETHING NEW and Exciting FOR EVERYONE! Our program is designed to provide maximum benefits to our members and we are confident that it will exceed your expectations.
On Monday, March 18th, we will be hosting a series of events that include updates on our Region 8 followed by the Water Quality Control Division. We will also have three-panel sessions on Funding Sources, CDPHE Regulatory, and the New to the Industry Panels. We are excited to have discussions with the WWFOCB and the Q&A Town Hall on how CRWA can help your system.

Want to enter your system in the drinking water contest? Bring a gallon of labeled, cooled, drinking water from your community’s supply to the registration desk by 9 AM on Tuesday, March 19th. Your sample will be kept chilled, and a panel of judges will select a winner based on taste, odor, and clarity. The winning water will be announced at our Awards Banquet on Wednesday evening March 20th and represent CRWA and compete with nationwide utilities at the NRWA Water Rally in 2024.

Full Registration - Full registration includes admittance to all classes on all days of the conference, access to the Vendor Hall Tuesday and Wednesday, Lunch Tickets for Monday through Wednesday, and one ticket to the Banquet on Wednesday Evening.
Two-Day Registration - Two-day registrations include two consecutive days with admittance to all classes on the selected days, admittance to the vendor hall, and lunch for both days.. (No lunch provided on Thursday)
One-Day Registration - One-day registration includes admittance to all classes on the day selected, admittance to the vendor hall, and a lunch ticket.

Who Is Eligible To Enter/Win?
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico and who are 18 years of age or older on the day of participation. An eligible individual who attempts to enter the Sweepstakes is hereafter referred to as a Participant. Each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules.
How To Enter The Sweepstakes

Requests must include an empty, self-addressed stamped envelope. CRWA will use the self-addressed stamped envelope to mail two tickets. Participants may submit one request per week through March 18, 2024.
All tickets must be entered for prizes at the Colorado Rural Water Conference and Exhibition on March 18-21, 2024, in Loveland, Colorado. Participants who receive tickets by mail and are unable to enter the tickets in person can receive accommodation by requesting their tickets be randomly entered in the sweepstakes. Accommodation requests must be received by March 18, 2024.
Prize Winner Notification
Up to 20 prizes will be available as contributed through the Colorado Rural Water Association and our vendors. Winners will be notified either in person on March 20th or by the contact information provided by the Participant on the ticket.
All Attendee Registration ends at the close of business on March 4th, 2024.
No refunds will be issued after March 4th, 2024.
